Paint your smock a pale brown colour, allow to dry and select you dark shade and mimic the pattern below:


Then take your bright green and paint inside the dark green areas.

Reapply a few dots of dark colour inside the bright green

If you want mix a brighter green and add afew other dots in raised areas, and paint dark dots on the brown area.
